Here is a slide show of a 5200 Sq Foot House built in Texas with 4.5 inch R-25 Wall Panels and 6.5 inch R-40 Roof Panels.

A major builder in the Middle East has requested a quote the supply and installation of 14000 sq m2 of double skinned acoustically insulated metal corrugated wall and roof panels. The panels are required to be 40/65 mm overall thickness, with 0.7 mm inside and outside face sheet thickness. The core would ideally be 40 kg/m3 polyurethane.
